2007 Weddings

Dates are filling very quickly so if you're still 'riding the fence' abit, please don't hesitate. Just this week, I had 2 brides wanting to book the same date. At that point, it's just a matter of who secures the date first with their paid retainer...that's the only fair way I can handle it. It saddens me to have to tell someone "I'm sorry, but you just missed it by a few minutes", or "I'm sorry, but your date is already booked". Because I receive so many inquiries, I cannot hold dates without a retainer and signed contract. Don't hesitate any longer...book early! Your wedding is something you've been thinking about for a very long time--even before that Mr./Mrs. Right came along. Who will you trust to photograph it for you?

The following dates are booked for 2007:

3.10
3.24
3.31

4.7
4.22

5.12
5.19
5.26

6.2
6.9
6.16

July is vacation month with my family.

8.11

10.20

Is that Michael Jordan?

Joseph played his final basketball game last night. As baseball has always been the only sport he's played, I've had to learn alot about the game just so I would know what was going on! I still don't know what all those different fouls are and those hand signals...what exactly do they all mean anyway!!??

Thanksgiving in Maryland

Pretty much at the last minute (just a few days before), we decided to go see Unc, Aunt Stacy and Grace for the Thanksgiving holiday. I'm soooo glad we did!!! Traffic was horrid on the trip up...it took 22 hours to get there for what should have only taken 15...but it was worth it! Since we don't see one another but usually twice a year, any time we have together is worth it. I'm posting a few pictures here, but I've also created a slideshow, 'cause there were too many pictures to post. ; ) We were there just 2 days, but I so enjoyed just hanging out and spending time with them. Stacy prepared such a great dinner for us; she worked really hard to impress us Southerners! I'm so thankful to have her as my sister in law. We also walked the downtown streets of Annapolis where there is so much history and the scenery is beautiful! On the ride home we detoured through Chattanooga, TN and did the touristy thing by going to Rock City. I hope you enjoyed your holiday as much as we did!

Joseph, Shelby and Grace

How ironic this is where Joseph decided to sit for a minute downtown Annapolis (notice the Mossy Oak t-shirt and camo cap). ; )

Hanging out at the mall in Chattanooga. Are we the only ones who sit in those massage chairs for hours? : )

Marybelle's

Mobile's newest party place...with a familiar face!
Clark and I attended the Grand Opening/Open House of Marybelle's. Owned and operated by Jenifer Simpson for all your wedding and event planning needs. She and her assistant Sherri Mullis also host bridal showers and teas, luncheons and various parties. They also create custom gowns, unique gifts and accessories (jewelry), offer floral design and holiday decorating. Kick me for not taking my camera...the place is gorgeous!! I hope to be working closely with them in the future and trust me, I'll take my camera next time!

Augustine and Mark

Augustine was such a beautiful bride, I couldn't wait to get some images up of her and Mark's amazing wedding. Keep in mind, this girl says she's in T-shirts and jeans most of the time! This couple was so relaxed and totally stress-free and we had such a fun time with them! Thanks for letting us be a part of your day!! I'll post their slideshow later in the week, but here's a sneak peak of just a small portion of my favorites.

Mark dressed up pretty good too. ; )

And of course, I could not get away without adding an amazing detail shot.
